Our Service Structure
Our service structure is divided into three areas. It has been
carefully organized to meet the needs of our diverse group of clients.
Design & Production Services
A tight group of talented men and women comprise this important aspect
of Smyth Fisher.
Their talents include client liason, design, overall project management,
on-site execution and supervision, traffic co-ordination, and shop
floor experience.
Site Services
A strong complement of staff and a proven team of freelancers provide
flawless site services from installation and dismantling to product
merchandising and booth cleaning. This team has wide-ranging technical
and staging experience both domestically and offshore.
Sales & Client Services
Sales and client service is handled somewhat differently at
Smyth Fisher. Our sales and/or operations personnel are also the
project managers. Involvement starts with client liason and extends to
being on-site at the most important times.
In other words, sales does not just "hand off" an initiative to production or site services.
Involvement is complete from the initiation of a project. This process
has proven to be the most satisfactory method of delivering continuity
and effective, client-pleasing results.
We offer the ability to work in French. Where shows are scheduled in
Quebec, we are able to deal with the show organizers and shows floor
personnel using the French language.
This helps avoid unnecessary delays and promotes an overall sense of
co-operation.
This French language capability extends to providing French creative
services as well as translation, if required.

The use and management of electronic equipment is
wide-ranging. Most notably, and using the highest degree of technology are
Mackenzie Financial, Purolator Courier and Outokumpu Mintec.
- CRT and PC-driven full, video based demonstrations featuring 3-way
in-line interface and RGB analogue switching, displayed on a 39"
Multi-Sync Data Monitor. - Multi-media presentations, 486-driven, produced in power point,displayed on
one or more 33" Data Monitors. - Full installation services including Ethernet and PBX links, Website and Internet up-links.
15,000 sq. ft. of racked (not staked), insured, heated
storage with a security system to monitor for break-in, fire and heat loss.
Trucking & Transportation
Smyth Fisher also handles all shipping andtransportation requirements.
- In and around Toronto, Smyth Fisher within a 200 km radius, Smyth Fisher relies on its own vehicles.
- For LTL and long distance transportation Smyth Fisher utilizes its
long-standing relationship with several reliable and highly capable
transportation experts.
